Mr. Subhash Chander Bansal
Managing DirectorMr. Subhash, founder & Managing Director of Big Crew Eletromechanical Installation & Maintenance has been around this part of the world for last Thirty five years, he had a vision to create an organization which could cater to the diverse need of the fast growing market of U.A.E. He has a very hand on approach and is always keen on being involved in any Phase of the job from Design Phase to Execution Phase. He continues to lead the business & work for its betterment.
Project Management Team
The Project Management team includes Trakhees accredited and DM approved Engineer, Site Supervisor/ Foreman etc. the focus is to execute the project by keeping the scope, time frame & budget requirements of the project in mind.
Procurement & Inventory
The team comprises of highly efficient & experienced Purchase Officer & Store Keeper. They coordinate with the Project Management team & Finance team to ensure timely procurement, allocation & storage of materials while minimizing wastage.
They deal with suppliers, vendors & subcontractors and process purchase documents, invoices and arrange sample when required.
Administration Finance
This team oversees management of finances for entire company. It ensures smooth & efficient activities by coordinating procurement, stores and project activities.
Other responsibilities of this team are to raise and manage invoices, tracking expenses and income, employee salary management, budgeting and cash planning.
